Hi, I’m Stephanie, founder of Stephanie Nicole Events, Master Certified Wedding & Event Planner, and passionate believer in meaningful celebrations.

I approach events with a blend of creativity, strategy, and heart. While I have a certification in event design, I don’t plan for show, I plan for feeling. My goal isn’t just to make your event beautiful (though trust me, it will be); it’s to help you create lasting memories with the people who matter most. This might be the only time all your favorite people are in one room, so let’s make it unforgettable in the best way.

My love for events started with a love for hosting. There’s something incredibly special about gathering people, making them feel cared for, and creating an atmosphere where joy and connection naturally happen. That same energy carries into every event I plan.

While I’m known for being direct and detail-obsessed (yes, I will tell you if that linen isn’t quite right!), my heart is in every celebration I plan. I take time to truly get to know YOU so your event feels like an authentic reflection of who you are, not someone else’s Pinterest board coming to life.

Whether you’re envisioning a laid-back celebration or something more polished and refined, my goal is always the same: to make your planning journey stress-free, fun, and deeply personal. Hi! I’m Maria, event planner and graphic designer with a special love for weddings and thoughtfully curated celebrations of all kinds. I was lucky enough to grow up around the world of event planning (my mom is a wedding planner!), so creating beautiful, seamless moments has always felt like second nature to me.

Over the years, I’ve worked on events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to large-scale weddings at venues like The Breakers in Palm Beach. While weddings will always have my heart, I’m also passionate about planning meaningful smaller events, like kids’ birthday parties and family celebrations, where the joy is just as big and the details matter just as much.

As a mom to a little one myself, I know how special these milestones are and how important it is to make them both beautiful and stress-free.

Alongside planning, I bring a creative eye for graphic design, crafting logos, invitations, and marketing materials that make each event feel polished and personal. For me, it’s all about blending organization and creativity to bring visions to life and make every moment unforgettable.

Wedding Day Assistant
Hi! I’m Emma, a wedding day assistant with a true love for the behind-the-scenes details that help celebrations unfold effortlessly. I’m the person making sure every chair is perfectly aligned, place settings are just right, and menus and place cards are thoughtfully laid out; all the little touches that bring a wedding vision together.

On wedding days, I’m always prepared with a fully stocked emergency kit and ready to step in wherever needed, whether that’s a quick bustle, a last-minute sewing fix, or simply providing calm, steady support when it matters most. I love knowing that these small moments of help can make a big difference.

I’m currently studying radiation therapy and recently got engaged myself, which gives me an even deeper appreciation for how meaningful and emotional wedding days can be. Thoughtful, dependable, and detail-driven, I bring a quiet confidence to every event and take pride in helping couples enjoy a smooth, stress-free celebration.

Hello! I’m Nicole, a South Florida native with a lifelong love for planning, hosting, and all the little details that make life’s moments memorable. Growing up, I dreamed of my own wedding day, and when I fell in love with the planning process, I knew I wanted to dedicate myself to helping others experience that same joy.

I’m a hopeless romantic at heart, and it’s truly an honor to play a role in bringing such a special day to life. From the big moments to the smallest details, I love helping create magic that couples and their loved ones will remember forever.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband, family or friends, enjoying a workout class, or spoiling on my sweet miniature dachshund. I can’t wait to meet you. Cheers!

Hi! I’m McKenzie, and I support behind-the-scenes marketing and help bring each event experience to life online. I assist with website updates and brand messaging to help ensure everything feels cohesive, thoughtful, and true to the heart of the brand.

I support the planning team by helping highlight their creativity, attention to detail, and the meaningful moments they create for each client. Whether it’s refining content or helping keep things organized online, my goal is to ensure the brand reflects the same care and intention that goes into every celebration.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me staying active, traveling, or spending time with family and friends. I’m happy to support a team that helps turn once-in-a-lifetime moments into lasting memories.
